The one thing that will be with you by the end is your healthy body. If you care about your health today only then you will survive in your old age. During our young age, we mostly not give priority to our health, in result, we clutch many long-term diseases. You need to motivate yourself to adopt a healthy lifestyle to be strong until the last day of life.
Here I would like to share some points recommended by Jarrett Franklin, you should follow these in your daily lifestyle:

#1. Wakeup early in the morning

Always try to wake up early in time morning between 5 to 6 am is the best time to leave the lovely bed. To wake early you need go to your bed on time every night. Environment, body, and mind are always fresh in the morning; we need to let them work together in the morning time.

#2. Meditation

Always pay at least 30 minutes of your morning for meditation. Meditation reduces stress label of mind. Beside this meditation helps you be happy and calm during the whole day.


#3. Workout

This is what you need to follow to make your body fit. A Workout will give you a gymnastic figure and beautiful face. A Routine workout can keep many diseases away from you and make you untried all day.
